It was a delight working with Bird Creek Provisions. Joleen was delightful, her food was outstanding, and presentation, just right. Not an easy feat when you are feeding 225 hungry trail runners in the hot sun, all day long. But Joleen and her team handled the Wild Woman Trail Run weekend with grace and professionalism. We'll definitely be putting her on our schedule for next year!

I used Joleen at Bird Creek Provisions as our caterer for our Welcome Party and our Bon Voyage Brunch for our wedding weekend recently and I cannot say enough good things about her and her amazing food! Throughout the entire process, Joleen was professional, communicative and just an over all delight to work with. Not to mention, her food was OUTSTANDING. Our guests raved about the amazing hors d'oeuvres she served on Friday and the beautiful breakfast board she prepared for Sunday. We had around 75 people at each event and Joleen just crushed it. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to use Bird Creek Provisions for our events and would happily recommend her to anyone and everyone!
